Lehigh Hills

The project on Route 100 in Fogelsville has been evolving over several years. We purchased 20 acres of commercial property and sold 12 acres to Weis Markets. In 2013, Weis opened a 70,000 sq. ft. supermarket. In 2015, we opened a 9,300 sq. ft. building with multiple tenants. Also, in August of 2015, Dunkin Donuts opened their store. Our second building, 7,200 sq. ft., was completed in October 2016.  Verizon opened their store at the beginning of December 2016.  Polish Ice opened their doors for business this summer, 2017.  There are two spaces are available for lease with 1,494 sq. ft. each.

On the remaining five acres on the south side of Glenlivet Drive West, we presently have a signed lease with St. Luke's Hospital for a 22,800 sq. ft. medical office building which will be located at 1251 Turnstone Drive, closest to Route 100.  We also have a signed lease with Madeline's Restaurant which will be located at 1250 Turnstone Drive.  We are in our final plan approval stage, and we anticipate breaking ground Fall of 2017 with an expected opening date of 2018.

This project was a little slow in getting started, but with the opening of Weis Markets, things have really started to move. In Spring 2015, Lehigh Valley Hospital opened a 40,000 sq. ft. medical building adjacent to our property, and there are several approvals for projects that include a 250 apartment building and 100 townhouses, also adjacent to our property.
